Use good, even lighting (natural daylight is best). Face the camera directly with a neutral expression. Avoid heavy makeup or filters for the truest analysis.
Lighting, facial expression, and photo quality can all slightly affect the AI's reading. For the best progress tracking, try to take photos in consistent lighting conditions and at the same time of day.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap 'Subscriptions', select 'GlowAge', and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
Open the GlowAge app, go to Settings, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Ensure you are signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Yes! Your photos are analyzed locally on your device whenever possible. We never upload your personal photos to our servers for storage or training without your explicit consent. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
