1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the GlowAge mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GlowAge provides AI-powered facial analysis to estimate perceived age and provide skin health tips. The Service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. The results are estimates and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when required.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the app.
- Not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GlowAge Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY GLOWAGE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTH PROVIDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING A MEDICAL CONDITION.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GlowAge Inc., NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
